If you have been having a hard time making progress with your health and fitness goals, or you are finding it difficult to start, read this full article. The goal is to encourage you to take action and stay consistent in the gym so you can experience the life-changing benefits of better health.

Last year, Barb came to BridgeFit Personal Training hoping to lose weight, build strength, and raise her energy without putting unnecessary strain on her body. Her main goal was to drop 15 pounds before her dream vacation, which she planned as a celebration of retirement.

Barb and Dustin celebrate a big win.

In the end, she achieved even more. She lost 20 pounds and gained 5 pounds of muscle before her trip, all while managing a demanding work schedule that sometimes required travel and keeping up with life as a Super Grandma. She also made strong progress in several other areas.

What she had to say about working with BridgeFit Personal Training

“This is the most positive experience I have ever had at a gym in over 40 years of fitness. The training is superb and the community welcoming. At BridgeFit I have lost over 20 lbs, gained muscle and have more energy at 67 than I have had for decades. I tried every diet over the last 4 decades and now truly understand how to stay fit and feel great! When I joined last Fall, I told Dustin that I wanted to be able to keep up with my four grandkids and I now can!”

At BridgeFit, every person is treated as an individual, so the path Barb took to reach her goals may not be the same path that works for you. Still, her story is meant to encourage action, because improving your health and fitness can bring major benefits such as living longer, lowering health risks, and making sure your body does not hold you back from the things you want and love to do.

Most importantly, let this be a push to start now. If we can help in any way, please reach out directly at [email protected]. We would be glad to help.
