Relay Peak Research LLC, doing business as Zen Principle Naturals, has issued a voluntary recall of Zen Principle® Moringa Capsules dietary supplement.
The product was distributed across the United States from December 2025 through July 2026 and was sold mainly online through Amazon.com and the company’s website, zenprinciple.com. One unit was also sold on eBay and one unit on Etsy.
The recall covers only one lot: Lot A6FF4.
No illnesses have been reported so far.
Why the Product Was Recalled
The recall was announced because the supplement may be contaminated with Salmonella.
Salmonella can cause serious and sometimes fatal infections in young children, older adults, frail individuals, and people with weakened immune systems.
In otherwise healthy people, infection may lead to fever, diarrhea that can sometimes be bloody, nausea, vomiting, and abdominal pain.
In rare cases, it can result in more severe conditions, including arterial infections such as infected aneurysms, endocarditis, and arthritis.
The company said it was alerted by its ingredient supplier after FDA testing of the moringa leaf powder used in the product came back positive for Salmonella.
