Supplements sold through Whole Foods Market have been recalled because of a possible salmonella contamination.
The U.S. Food and Drug Administration said the product was distributed nationwide at the supermarket chain and also sold online through Amazon. Salmonella is a foodborne illness that can lead to stomach cramps, diarrhea and vomiting, according to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention. No illnesses have been linked to the recall so far.
The FDA said the potential contamination was found during routine testing of a single retail sample.
