The Hill is pleased to host the third annual “Bang for Your Buck: Get the Most from Your 2027 Medicare Benefits.”
This edition broadens the conversation beyond prescription drug plans to answer some of the most frequently asked Medicare questions during open enrollment.
For people enrolled in Medicare, and for those who help care for them, open enrollment is a useful time to review coverage and see whether anything has changed before the new plan year begins.
Recent survey research among Medicare beneficiaries points to significant gaps in awareness of newer cost-saving benefits. The findings also highlight mixed effects from Medicare drug-price negotiations on access and out-of-pocket costs in Part D.
Medicare has also added 15 Part B drugs to the third round of price negotiations and has moved to formalize policies that could discourage future development of biosimilars and alternative therapies with improved delivery methods.
Join The Hill, in partnership with the Alliance on Aging Research, for a discussion with policymakers, open enrollment experts, and advocates about the future of Medicare benefits, the effects of drug-price negotiations, and what beneficiaries should know for 2027.
The event begins at 8:30 a.m. EDT.
