Milton, who has lost 260 pounds, shared a TikTok video guiding viewers through her grocery haul and pointing out ingredients she plans to use throughout the week.

She kicked off the clip by heading into Walmart and one of her standout picks was Ultima electrolyte drink mix. Milton said her followers had suggested the brand and that she has come to love it. According to her, it provides six essential electrolytes and contains no sugar, carbs or calories.

To build protein-rich meals, Milton bought several staples, including chicken breast, chicken thighs, shrimp and turkey sausage. She noted that the turkey sausage has 100 calories and 12 grams of protein per serving.

She also stocked up on dairy items, such as fat-free cheddar and mozzarella, along with Oikos Triple Zero yogurt, which she said her children enjoy. Each yogurt has 90 calories and 15 grams of protein.

Milton then showed a few lower-calorie extras she uses for added flavor, including a cheese product with 40 calories per two tablespoons and chunky habanero salsa with only 10 calories.

She expected some pushback over another cart item: tortillas. “The food police always lose their mind when I use tortillas,” she joked while holding up LA Banderita Carb Counter tortillas. Each tortilla has 60 calories and four grams of protein.

She also picked up Fritos for a chili recipe she said she would make later in the week, plus Carolina Gold and sweet chili dipping sauces from G Hughes. Milton even tossed in Diet Coke, adding, “Diet Coke for the haters.”

Her grocery haul offered a look at how she keeps her kitchen stocked with ingredients that can be mixed into a variety of meals while still watching calories and protein. Instead of relying on one so-called diet food, her cart included protein, dairy, sauces and other items she can use in recipes for herself and her family.
