Citi has introduced up to $200 in yearly dining credits for the Citi / AAdvantage Executive World Legend Mastercard, with the benefit delivered through inKind. The perk is split into two $100 portions, one available in each half of the year. Authorized users are also eligible to use it.
The benefit began on Oct. 25, 2026, which gave current cardholders until the end of the year to spend the first portion. The second installment becomes available on Jan. 1, 2027. To use it, cardholders link the eligible card to an inKind account and pay through the app at a participating restaurant. inKind says its network includes more than 10,000 restaurants, bars and cafes across the United States.
The credit is applied at the time of checkout rather than as a later statement credit. It cannot be used for tips, fees or service charges, and any unpaid balance is charged to the card on file. The credit also cannot be combined with inKind Cash in the same transaction, though additional eligible spending may earn inKind rewards. Citi says the perk is permanent on this card and that no expansion plans have been announced.
Why it matters
The benefit can help reduce the card's annual cost, but only when used at participating inKind locations. Because tips and service charges are excluded, the value depends heavily on restaurant availability and on using the app-based payment process.
